TL;DR

Technical Sales Executive (Cloud): Driving new client acquisition and growing existing accounts in the Enterprise and Corporate sectors with an accent on designing tailored cloud solutions and managing the entire sales process. Focus on understanding complex client challenges, architecting impactful solutions, and communicating business benefits to C-level and technical stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid work in Oslo, Norway, with travel across Scandinavia. All applicants must have the right to work in Norway.

What you will do

  • Lead technical sales engagements, identifying client needs and designing tailored cloud solutions.
  • Drive new business within existing client bases and acquire new logos, linking business value to technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to integrate hirify.global’s solutions into high-impact deals.
  • Apply a solution-based sales approach to address complex customer challenges and advance strategic objectives.
  • Take ownership for meeting and exceeding sales targets in cloud infrastructure, modernization, and managed services.
  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to uncover pain points and co-create cloud adoption strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background (IT-/Cloud Architect, Engineer, CTO, Solution Manager) with 7+ years of experience in technical sales or cloud services.
  • Proven track record of winning and growing new business.
  • Knowledge of public cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ability to map technology to business needs.
  • Consultative approach, experience working with C-level stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value.
  • Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
  • All applicants must have the right to work in Norway.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with cloud services offerings, tools, and processes.
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
