What you will do

  • Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts using flexible licensing models.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding, accelerated adoption, and account transition.
  • Ensure timely documentation of customer contact and activity data within CRM/Marketing software.
  • Be accountable for accurate forecasting and regular quarterly revenue delivery.
  • Promote hirify.global's products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Holds expert-level experience in resolving complex issues creatively and effectively.
  • Possess deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrate expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills.
  • Have a complete, "big-picture" understanding of the business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
  • Be fully adept at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with customers.
  • Possess functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and security software solutions.
  • Work is primarily performed in the field away from home office or company office location.
