What you will do
- Overachieve and exceed assigned revenue targets by securing new logos and expanding existing accounts.
- Develop and drive the regional strategy for growth and new customer acquisition in the Enterprise Segment.
- Collaborate with extended teams and partners within the Salesforce ecosystem to define and deliver compelling value propositions.
- Manage complex sales motions, account relationships, pipelines, and forecast accuracy in Salesforce CRM.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities and pipeline generation.
- Engage with customers to ensure post-deal success and understand their growth goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recent Enterprise experience selling technology and IT Solutions/SaaS within the Benelux region.
- Bilingual in Dutch and English.
- Experience in selling to C-Level and navigating across both IT and business units.
- Strong expertise in using sales methodologies like MEDDPIC to build pipelines and qualify opportunities effectively.
- Strong background in new business hunting with an ability to build and grow your own pipeline.
- Ability to navigate complex client hierarchies, reaching both technical and economic buyers.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from London, United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Knowledge of DevOps and/or testing software.
