What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of EU-based sellers, overseeing their sales and quality performance across European hirify.global websites.
  • Lead business reviews with sellers to plan and manage strategic initiatives, including visiting and auditing their structures.
  • Contribute to hirify.global's business strategy by providing field feedback and experience.
  • Lead cross-team projects to develop tailored solutions for sellers.
  • Utilize data to track seller performance, analyze trends, and create projections.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business growth within hirify.global.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in related fields.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or a fast-growing startup is preferred.
  • Proven customer portfolio management skills.
  • Proven project management experience, successfully managing deadlines and schedules.
  • Ability to conduct confident business and technical conversations, breaking down complex concepts.
  • Resourceful, scrappy, and creative with a readiness to learn analytics skills (SQL and/or Tableau experience a plus).

Nice to have

  • French or German language skills.
  • Experience with SQL and/or Tableau.
