TL;DR

Solution Consultant, Associate: Showcasing how software delivers benefits and solves customer business challenges with an accent on engaging presentations, demos, and customer interaction. Focus on learning sales processes, assisting with demonstration content, and educating other teams.

Location: On-site in Barcelona, Spain. Frequent travel expected during the training phase as well as throughout your employment, visiting customers and prospects.

What you will do

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring presentations and demos to customers and prospects.
  • Learn sales processes to support the hirify.global Solutions consulting organization.
  • Answer functional questions related to hirify.global products.
  • Participate and lead customer/prospect web demos.
  • Create/update standard product overview presentations and educate other teams within the company.
  • Assist industry solutions consulting teams with building demonstration content.

Requirements

  • Full working proficiency in English and German.
  • Relevant experience in pre-sales, preferred in prospecting, inside sales, business development, high technology, direct sales within the technology industry or IT consulting.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and addressing customers (excellent presentation and communication skills).
  • Self-motivated and a good team player who loves learning and can work in a fast-paced, quick-changing environment.
  • Interest in software.
