What you will do
- Directly participate in the sales process of talent products for specific accounts.
- Coach new hires and underperforming sales representatives to improve performance.
- Regularly conduct sales and product training sessions, dynamically enriching content based on team needs.
- Develop an in-depth certification program for the sales team, impacting over 500 peers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies to provide strategic insights for product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
- Proven work experience as a Business Solutions Consultant or in a related sales position.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products.
- Ability to explain complex concepts simply and prepare enablement materials.
- Proficiency in English and German required.
