Senior Renewals Specialist: Driving customer value, retention, and growth across a portfolio of strategic EMEA accounts with an accent on end-to-end renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and reducing churn risk. Location: Hybrid in Coventry (UK), Glasgow (UK) or Hilversum (Netherlands).

What you will do

  • Own and execute high-touch renewals that directly influence Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Build strong, consultative relationships by aligning solutions to customers’ business objectives.
  • Manage a defined portfolio of accounts, developing a deep understanding of customer goals and market dynamics.
  • Identify renewal risks early (e.g., usage trends, pricing concerns) and proactively drive mitigation plans.
  • Drive renewals and growth, translating usage insights and future requirements into expansion opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain accurate CRM records for renewals, forecasts, and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years’ experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or quota-carrying customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven success owning renewals and delivering strong GRR/NRR, on-time renewals, churn reduction, pricing optimisation, and accurate forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based contracts and value-led commercial negotiations.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder engagements and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Fluency in German and excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
