What you will do

• Conduct engaging product and software training sessions using a variety of instructional formats.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned hirify.global software products.
• Create and execute training plans that align with project goals and user needs.
• Teach users how to navigate the software, utilize key features, and apply troubleshooting techniques.
• Continuously refine training content to ensure clarity, effectiveness, and alignment with software updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or related area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to positively and effectively interact with others and the ability to teach and coach others.
• People focused, with the ability to build rapport.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and organized, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
