Focus on demonstrating value, scoping use cases, recommending architecture patterns, and guiding customers through security and compliance discussions.

Location: New York City (Hybrid, 3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance available to New York City.

Salary: $221,000–$278,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experiences by providing technical expertise and answering product, API, and LLM-related questions.
• Demonstrate how ChatGPT and the hirify.global API can meet business needs, including building demos and recommending architecture patterns.
• Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs from common pre-sales questions.
• Represent the voice of the customer with internal teams by gathering and relaying feedback for product planning.
• Serve as the first line of defense for security, privacy, and compliance discussions, guiding customers through tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with Education Go-to-Market, Policy/Global Affairs, and GRC teams for seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or adjacent technical advisory roles, owning complex customer engagements.
• Demonstrated thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products.
• Industry experience in programming languages like Python or JavaScript and working with REST APIs.
• Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions.
• Knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
• Effective presenter and communicator who can translate business and technical topics to all audiences.
