What you will do

• Communicate hirify.global’s infrastructure and technology to various stakeholders.
• Lead technical discussions and support pre- and post-sales activities.
• Develop tactical and proof-of-concept solutions for customers.
• Manage technical configurations for onboarding, including telephony and data integrations.
• Understand clients' technical requirements and ensure appropriate AI solution configuration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and technical issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on technical experience and 1+ years in development, integration engineering, or SaaS/cloud solutions.
• Strong technical background with experience interacting with APIs and using cloud services.
• Experience with integrating with CRMs such as Salesforce.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript for process automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience with intent-based and generative artificial intelligence.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience with Telephony Systems such as AWS Connect, Five9 and Genesys.
