What you will do
- Communicate hirify.global’s infrastructure and technology to various stakeholders.
- Lead technical discussions and support pre- and post-sales activities.
- Develop tactical and proof-of-concept solutions for customers.
- Manage technical configurations for onboarding, including telephony and data integrations.
- Understand clients' technical requirements and ensure appropriate AI solution configuration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and technical issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on technical experience and 1+ years in development, integration engineering, or SaaS/cloud solutions.
- Strong technical background with experience interacting with APIs and using cloud services.
- Experience with integrating with CRMs such as Salesforce.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript for process automation.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience with intent-based and generative artificial intelligence.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Nice to have
- Experience with Telephony Systems such as AWS Connect, Five9 and Genesys.
