What you will do

• Bring hirify.global to life through engaging demos and consultative presentations connecting client challenges to use cases.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding strategic approaches to implementation, integration, and long-term scalability.
• Shape technical strategy across enterprise and mid-market deals, aligning product capabilities to business needs.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover requirements and design solutions that drive measurable impact.
• Create clarity around hirify.global’s architecture, configuration options, and extensibility.
• Contribute to AI innovation by leading conversations on ecosystem use, tooling, and future-state architecture.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or architecture within SaaS environments.
• Proven track record supporting mid-market and enterprise deals, navigating complex sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SSO, data feeds, and system integrations.
• Experienced in scoping and tailoring implementations to solve real business challenges.
• Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems and tooling (e.g., MCP, A2A).
• Exceptional ability to simplify complexity, translating technical language into clear, compelling narratives.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP and Workday.
• Understanding of Human Capital Management, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for key client engagements or events.
