What you will do

• Design end-to-end technical solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across the application landscape.
• Lead architectural strategy for integrating Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, and leveraging Mulesoft for API management.
• Architect and govern AI/ML capabilities within core SaaS platforms for predictive analytics and automation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution blueprints.
• Partner with Product Managers, Delivery teams, and Business Stakeholders to translate initiatives into technical designs.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance existing architecture and drive innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in an architectural role, with significant experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex integrations between multiple enterprise SaaS applications.
• Deep architectural knowledge of Salesforce and at least one other major platform (Netsuite or Workday).
• Hands-on experience with an integration platform (Mulesoft preferred) and API-led connectivity principles.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, security, governance, and architectural principles for AI/ML initiatives within SaaS.
• US work authorization required.

Nice to have

• Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mulesoft).
• Demonstrated experience architecting solutions leveraging native AI features of SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
