Salary: $200,000–$229,000 base salary plus competitive equity package.

What you will do

• Architect and roadmap core services.
• Develop and mentor engineers on the team, helping them advance their careers.
• Empower the engineering team to achieve high technical productivity, reliability, and simplicity.
• Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of the engineering management team.
• Actively contribute technically along with people management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an engineering management role shipping customer-facing products.
• Managed a fullstack team of client and backend engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills for self and team in a fast-moving company.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to weigh conflicting constraints and make rapid choices.

Nice to have

• Experience writing client libraries and SDKs.
• 4+ years of industry experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer.
• Familiarity with professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle.
