What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle across existing Enterprise customers.
  • Develop and implement account plans aligned with customer objectives and growth strategies.
  • Use data and insights to influence customer strategy and demonstrate hirify.global’s business impact.
  • Build strong relationships with decision makers across marketing, product, analytics, and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing and Resellers.
  • Exceed revenue and retention targets with disciplined pipeline management and growth mindset.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in B2B SaaS sales with Korean companies.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding quota in competitive environments.
  • Strong understanding of the MarTech and AdTech ecosystem.
  • Analytical and insight-driven, skilled at crafting data-driven narratives.
  • Excellent communicator in Korean (native) and English (business level).
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and motivated by collaboration and shared success.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms.
