Focus on aligning business processes to product capability, maximizing long-term business value, and architecting design solutions.

What you will do

• Facilitate requirements workshops with customers using standard methodology templates.
• Analyze customer business processes to inform solution design and align with product capabilities.
• Collaborate with Technical Consultants to design solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Configure the hirify.global product suite to conform to documented solution designs and prototype improvements.
• Train customers in advanced aspects of hirify.global product use and administration.
• Prepare test cases and detailed scripts for functional and user acceptance testing.
• Manage professional relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and value.
• Maintain individual billable utilisation greater than 70%.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in rolling out large, complex projects leveraging commercial off-the-shelf solutions, with emphasis on business process mapping.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis or consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience in UML or similar process/data modeling.
• Significant participation in functional, integration, or UAT testing on at least one project.
