What you will do
- Analyze FinTech market dynamics to identify high-value opportunities and drive accelerated revenue growth.
- Drive C-suite engagement to strengthen relationships, improve client satisfaction, and ensure retention.
- Champion and operationalize the Preferred sales channel strategy, translating principles into actionable practices.
- Design, implement, and enforce a disciplined sales operating model to exceed revenue and productivity goals.
- Create a high-energy, high-performance sales culture through leadership, coaching, and skill-building.
- Partner across Product, Marketing, Technology, and Credentialing to streamline revenue paths and improve client experience.
- Build a talent strategy to attract, develop, and retain top sales talent.
- Maintain real-time intelligence on competitor actions and market shifts to inform strategy.
Requirements
- BS / BA Degree required.
- 5+ years successful sales leadership experience.
- History of exceeding performance targets.
- A network of important executive contacts within the FinTech industry segment.
- Understanding of credit services, decision analytics, credit decisioning, and credit scoring applications.
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
- Ability to manage key strategic initiatives and work with senior-level executives.
- Willingness to travel.
