What you will do

  • Analyze FinTech market dynamics to identify high-value opportunities and drive accelerated revenue growth.
  • Drive C-suite engagement to strengthen relationships, improve client satisfaction, and ensure retention.
  • Champion and operationalize the Preferred sales channel strategy, translating principles into actionable practices.
  • Design, implement, and enforce a disciplined sales operating model to exceed revenue and productivity goals.
  • Create a high-energy, high-performance sales culture through leadership, coaching, and skill-building.
  • Partner across Product, Marketing, Technology, and Credentialing to streamline revenue paths and improve client experience.
  • Build a talent strategy to attract, develop, and retain top sales talent.
  • Maintain real-time intelligence on competitor actions and market shifts to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • BS / BA Degree required.
  • 5+ years successful sales leadership experience.
  • History of exceeding performance targets.
  • A network of important executive contacts within the FinTech industry segment.
  • Understanding of credit services, decision analytics, credit decisioning, and credit scoring applications.
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
  • Ability to manage key strategic initiatives and work with senior-level executives.
  • Willingness to travel.
