What you will do

• Act as a senior advisor to clients on critical technology challenges, including legacy modernization, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive revenue growth within the financial services vertical through business development and leveraging existing networks.
• Build brand authority through industry-shaping articles, high-profile podcasts, and speaking engagements at major trade shows.
• Manage existing client relationships while simultaneously setting meetings with new prospects to build a robust lead pipeline.
• Operate with extreme self-motivation to execute deals and bring new business to the company.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of deep expertise within the financial services sector.
• Prior experience as a CTO or CIO at a financial services organization (highly preferred).
• A broad, active network of close relationships across banks, payment companies, insurance firms, and/or investment groups.
• Profound understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud-native transformations, and the specific tech stacks driving modern FinTech.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for thought leadership content and high-level discussions.
