What you will do

• Lead and inspire a team of Commercial Account Executives, embedding Pure Culture and Values.
• Hire additional Account Executives as business demands.
• Provide leadership to the extended hirify.global team aligned to your district.
• Manage team performance related to KPIs, including pipeline growth and forecast accuracy.
• Recruit, develop, and maintain strong relationships with channel partner principals and teams.
• Drive sales call activity and ensure team members achieve or over-achieve quota.

Requirements

• 8+ years of successful field sales management experience in storage or core Information Technology infrastructure.
• Experience selling to IT departments and IT management.
• Proven track record of recruitment and associate development.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate hirify.global resources to execute complex sales strategies.
• Ability to use CRM and other online tools effectively.
