What you will do
- Directly manage the sales team (6 - 10 AEs).
- Work closely with assigned technical resources (SEs) and Inside Sales.
- Develop strategy, planning and experience, and join your team in their sales efforts.
- Manage region’s day-to-day operations, including recruitment, retention, and performance management, employee development, and enablement.
- Work with Finance on sales team P&L and Operations forecasting.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience building, training and leading top-notch enterprise sales teams within the SaaS vertical.
- 10+ years of experience primarily in direct sales but also channel sales to enterprise accounts.
- Deep experience selling a complex SaaS offering to IT Ops and/or DevOps leaders.
- Relevant software industry experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management.
- A sales track record of leading teams to exceed quota objectives.
- Strong communication skills and a polished approach to management and sales.
