TL;DR

Director, Service Provider Sales: Driving revenue growth by managing and recruiting new service provider partners through aggregation channels with an accent on developing and executing initiatives within the service provider market segment. Focus on deepening strategic alignment with key aggregators and ecosystem partners to strengthen routes-to-market, and using market insights to shape aggregator-focused GTM, sales plays, and pricing.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $219,600—$562,600 USD (based on US Geographic Zone)

What you will do

  • Drive VCSP recurring revenue through Managed Aggregators and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual ARR targets.
  • Mobilize aggregation channels to recruit new service providers and activate net-new MSPs via aggregator marketplaces and campaigns.
  • Partner with internal teams and aggregators to build repeatable enablement for both aggregator sellers and hirify.global field.
  • Deepen strategic alignment with key aggregators and ecosystem partners to strengthen routes-to-market.
  • Lead a results-driven team centered on aggregator performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in sales management with a proven track record of success in leading Distributors, Aggregators, MSPs, or similar channel partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of experience.
  • Strong expertise in developing and executing innovative sales strategies focused on revenue enhancement and market expansion within the MSP ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in building, developing, and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • In-depth understanding of the MSP market, including current trends, challenges, and competitive dynamics.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events (estimated 40% or more).
