What you will do

• Design and own the partner systems orchestration layer, architecting how systems work together across the partner lifecycle.
• Translate complex partner program requirements into deterministic, auditable system logic and scalable workflows.
• Design automation with clear guardrails, balancing rule-based logic, AI-assisted decisioning, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Apply AI selectively and responsibly to support triage, exception handling, and insight generation in partner operations.
• Own cross-system integration and reliability across PRM, partner management, enablement, and finance systems.
• Ensure production readiness and operational clarity by defining standards for monitoring, alerts, documentation, and runbooks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering, automation, technical operations, RevOps, or data engineering roles within a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience integrating multiple systems with overlapping or conflicting data ownership.
• Inclination towards systems thinking, including lifecycle state modeling, eligibility logic, and auditability.
• Experience translating ambiguous business rules into deterministic, scalable system workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for automation, integration logic, and data validation.
