Location: Mountain View, United States. Employees within a 50-mile commute of a designated office expected to work from the office at least four days per week.
Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year (USD $188,000 – $304,200 in San Francisco Bay Area and New York City).

Advertising team partnering with owned publishers to onboard, scale, and optimize first-party advertising supply across MSN, Outlook, and Gaming.
What you will do
- Own strategy, technical architecture, and operations for first-party supply and demand integrations spanning display, native, and video.
- Define standards for publisher setup, inventory packaging, demand eligibility, and governance.
- Lead onboarding, lifecycle management, and certification for partners across OpenRTB, creative compliance, and auction behavior.
- Serve as escalation point for complex monetization, delivery, and reporting issues with root-cause analysis.
- Partner with stakeholders in Advertising, Gaming, MSN, Outlook, and Sales to align technical execution with revenue goals.
- Drive scalable operating models, cross-platform improvements, and data-informed strategies using experimentation and insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related AND 6+ years in technical program/product management, coding, software development OR equivalent.
- 4+ years customer-facing experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects (preferred).
- Experience in web analytics, big data, data science, ads platforms, and experimentation (preferred).
- Programming in C, C#, C++, ASP.NET, Javascript; SQL querying; data tools like Python, R, Excel, Tableau (preferred).
- 5+ years in Ad Tech (preferred).

- 12+ years technical experience or equivalent.
- Data-driven problem-solving and Ad Tech fundamentals.
