Salary: $205,300 – $259,600 OTE

What you will do

  • Scale activation frameworks and identify repeatable customer deployments, balancing standardization with customization.
  • Lead customer AI program strategy, focusing on change management, AI center of excellence, use case prioritization, and time-to-value.
  • Translate technical challenges into solutions through platform guidance and adoption program execution.
  • Own customer success plans and strategic relationships, executing business reviews and executive sign-offs.
  • Drive platform usage and adoption through champion programs, office hours, dashboards, and customized trainings.
  • Build advocate networks and champion communities, fostering power users and designing innovative customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years in customer facing roles (customer success, implementation, solutions consulting) with Fortune 100 accounts.
  • Ability to adapt, bring order to ambiguous situations, and build repeatable processes/frameworks.
  • Comfortable embedding with customers to understand workflows, requirements, and adoption barriers.
  • Technical aptitude and AI enthusiasm to master complex products and translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Ability to manage and execute across multiple high-priority projects simultaneously for diverse customers.
  • Skilled in enablement and change management, designing impactful sessions for various audiences and overcoming transformation barriers.
  • Exceptional executive presence, an enthusiastic presenter, and a genuine leader.
  • Proactively simplifies complexity, fosters champions, and actively listens to understand customer needs.
