Technical Account Manager (AI): Partnering with Enterprise customers to maximize hirify.global's business value through workflow and technology optimization with an accent on driving AI-powered adoption and embedding hirify.global into their innovation operating models. Focus on guiding customers in designing and evolving workflows, delivering proactive recommendations for emerging AI capabilities, and navigating organizational change to scale adoption.

Location: Remote (US) with up to 25% travel to customer sites.

What you will do

  • Guide customers in designing and evolving workflows, recommending integration and automation strategies.
  • Monitor platform health, engagement, and drive adoption of hirify.global's core and AI capabilities.
  • Support customer Centers of Excellence and equip internal champions to scale adoption across organizations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to co-facilitate QBRs, providing robust adoption reporting and business outcome analytics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in consulting, technical account management, or customer success in enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to lead workflow optimization, platform adoption, and change management initiatives.
  • Expertise in platform analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Skilled at facilitating executive-level discussions and cross-functional workshops.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 25%.
