What you will do

• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution plans for strategic customers.
• Act as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers across multiple teams.
• Be the first contact for technical issues related to production and go-live status of agreed-upon use cases.
• Create, own, and execute point-of-view plans to accelerate key use cases into production.
• Navigate hirify.global Product and Engineering teams for new innovations and upgrade needs.
• Provide internal and external updates and KPI reporting on usage and customer health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery within Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing roles like pre-sales, technical architecture, or customer success.
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
• Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
