Location: Hybrid, based in San Francisco, requiring 10-15% travel for customer meetings and conferences. This role is for US Full-Time Employees only, including US work authorization.

What you will do
- Understand customer goals and align adoption strategies to achieve measurable objectives.
- Develop and drive structured adoption plans focused on platform engagement and feature utilization.
- Monitor customer health signals, product usage trends, and engagement metrics.
- Lead complex adoption-focused customer conversations and collaborate cross-functionally to address feedback.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to align on adoption strategy and maximize value realized.
- Contribute to Executive Business Reviews and stay updated on product enhancements to improve customer enablement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with SaaS enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving product adoption, engagement, and customer value realization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring usage metrics and translating data into strategies.
- Familiarity with Customer Success Platforms such as Gainsight, Catalyst, or Totango.
- Strong presentation, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and legal operations processes.
