Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CA. Visa sponsorship available.

Salary: $150,000–$225,000

hirify.global is building a platform for understanding and improving how engineering teams work by leveraging modern AI to provide actionable views of productivity.

What you will do

  • Lead the entire post-sale customer journey, including high-touch onboarding and long-term account management.
  • Act as a "Forward Deployed" Lead, deeply understanding customer organizational structures to improve engineering outcomes.
  • Diagnose complex technical issues across cloud infrastructure (GCP) and internal systems.
  • Submit small PRs for documentation, configuration changes, and simple code fixes.
  • Partner directly with founders to translate customer feedback into product roadmap and strategy.

Requirements

  • Management experience in a Product Management or Engineering Management role.
  • Technical background in Software Engineering, DevOps, or a similar field.
  • Comfortable reading/writing code and making PRs in GitHub.
  • Expert communication skills to navigate intense customer situations and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment.
  • Must work in-person in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with developer tools or B2B SaaS products.
  • Previous experience in Technical Support or Solutions Engineering.
