Salary: $116,000 – $170,000/year

What you will do

• Assess customer issue severity and manage technical escalations for the Privilege Cloud (pCloud) FedRAMP product.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues escalated by Customer Support, collaborating closely with Development teams.
• Work directly with Customer Support and customers on reported issues when required.
• Provide quick response code changes and expert guidance to Developer on-call teams.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required and no visa sponsorship available.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex SaaS system issues.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
• 3+ years' experience in C# with the ability to debug code.
