Location: Hybrid in the EU region (Cluj-Napoca, Romania or Cheltenham, UK) with primary macOS engineering presence during EU business hours.

What you will do

• Own and operate the enterprise macOS platform for the EU region.
• Design and evolve macOS management using Jamf Pro (cloud), including configuration profiles, security baselines, and compliance policies.
• Package, deploy, and maintain applications using PKG, scripts, and Jamf workflows, continuously improving enrollment and software delivery.
• Implement and maintain macOS security controls aligned with corporate requirements, managing FileVault, PPPC, system extensions, and endpoint security agents.
• Troubleshoot various macOS platform issues across network, system, application, and security layers.
• Collaborate with a globally distributed Apple engineering team, acting as the primary macOS engineering presence during EU business hours.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience managing macOS in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Jamf Pro, including automation, scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of macOS security and privacy controls.
• Proven ability to design, operate, and scale Apple management solutions.
• Extensive experience troubleshooting macOS platforms across network, system, application, and security layers.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across regions and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft Intune.
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience working in regulated or security-focused environments.
