What you will do

  • Provide end-user support for Windows 11, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
  • Troubleshoot OS configurations, network connectivity (VPN, proxy, Wi-Fi, LAN), and corporate applications.
  • Maintain end-user hardware including laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
  • Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing systems while meeting SLAs.
  • Work with infrastructure services like Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Intune, and JAMF.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, DLP, antivirus, and company policies; contribute to documentation and automation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or endpoint engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, mobile support (iOS/Android), and networking fundamentals (VPN, DNS, proxy, DHCP).
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Microsoft Intune or similar, and basic Cisco networking.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, enterprise endpoint tools, and security/compliance practices (DLP, antivirus).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive team player attitude.
