Principal Implementation Engineer: Leading technical planning and execution of large enterprise deployments and integrations for hirify.global's security platform with an accent on establishing best practices, advising customers on full-stack implementation, and solving complex technical issues. Location: Remote, based in the EMEA region. This role will be filled with a full-time contractor until a business entity is set up in EMEA.

What you will do
- Function as a Subject Matter Expert for hirify.global and its suite of services.
- Lead technical planning and execution of new deployments, focusing on large Enterprise engagements.
- Advise customers on industry best practices for the full stack of hirify.global and solve implementation issues.
- Serve as a dedicated customer point of contact, assisting with environment audits and product feature positioning.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product associates to triage bug reports and feature requests.
- Assist in training, knowledge sharing, and internal team projects including customer environment replication and automation development.
Requirements
- Located in the EMEA region.
- Experience from a previous technical position (e.g., Systems Engineer, Integration Engineer, DevOps Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineer).
- Excellent English and grammar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for supporting team members.
- Ability and desire to work remotely.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Linux, Windows, macOS, Docker, Kubernetes, Podman, Bash, PowerShell, Active Directory, LDAP, Google Workspace, Azure Entra ID, Jumpcloud, Cloudflare, Okta, GCP, AWS, Azure, Android, iOS, GitHub, NGINX, SQL, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SMTP, SAML, OpenID Connect, TLS/SSL, and PKI.
