Salary: $130,000–$155,000

What you will do

• Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for hirify.global and its suite of services.
• Lead technical planning and execution of new deployments for large Enterprise customers.
• Advise customers on industry best practices for the full hirify.global stack and general security.
• Work with customers to solve issues and identify future solutions.
• Serve as a dedicated customer point of contact and participate in quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to triage bug reports and feature requests.

Requirements

• Excellent English and grammar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for supporting team members and sharing knowledge.
• Experience from a previous technical position (e.g., Systems Engineer, Integration Engineer, DevOps Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineer).
• Ability and desire to work remotely.
• Familiarity with Linux, Windows, macOS, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, Active Directory, LDAP, SQL, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
