Salary: $237,100—$440,200 USD (San Francisco Bay Area)

What you will do

• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to develop and implement People strategies that support business goals.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and succession planning.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Partner on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive work environment.
• Provide coaching and support to managers on performance evaluations and employee development.
• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources supporting engineering functions within the Tech market.
• Extensive knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Proven experience with direct or indirect management of HR teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, interpersonal, change management, and project management skills.
• English: B2 required
