• Provide a full spectrum of strategic and tactical support to senior leaders in assigned departments.
• Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver appropriate talent planning activities.
• Proactively engage with leaders on people strategy through workforce planning and organizational design.
• Advise employees to enhance working relationships and plan career goals.
• Lead impactful, company-wide initiatives and projects.
• Mentor and develop junior People Relations team members.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time HR business partner experience in the SaaS technology industry.
• Strong understanding of human resources best practices, employment law, and employee relations.
• Impeccable judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A strategic and influencing mindset.
• Must be based in the United States.
