Salary: $126,000–$234,000 annually.

What you will do

• Serve as an HR Business Partner, implementing Center of Excellence (COE) driven programs.
• Identify and propose solutions for talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and development.
• Provide coaching and advice to positively impact organizational performance.
• Anticipate changes and engage leadership for workforce planning, organization design, and structure.
• Partner with HR COEs to identify programs and specialist insights that can help scale the business.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in the HR field.
• BA or BS degree, preferably with an emphasis in HR or Business.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with technical teams.
• Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in influencing and applying critical thinking skills to address complex problems.
