What you will do

• Coach managers, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Advise leadership on organizational decisions, including team structure and succession planning.
• Design competitive compensation structures for machine learning talent.
• Create career and leveling frameworks suitable for a research lab environment.
• Build feedback and evaluation processes focused on improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a people leader or HR business partner in a high-growth technical environment.
• Fluency with employment law and best practices in North America.
• Proven track record of developing HR practices and supporting a diverse set of talent.
• Ability to obtain US work authorization (visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• 10+ years experience as a people leader or HR business partner.
• Experience in setting up novel systems that scale in a fast-growing company.
• Coaching experience in confidential support, motivating improvement, and conflict resolution.
