TL;DR

Senior Vice President, Total Rewards (AI): Lead the strategic design, execution, and continuous evolution of hirify.global’s reward proposition for North America, ensuring market competitiveness and fostering employee engagement. Focus on leveraging AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to drive pay decisions, enhance transparency, and manage global reward philosophy and governance.

Location: Hybrid, based in Costa Mesa, California or near one of hirify.global's North America hubs (New York City, Chicago, San Jose, Austin, Allen), United States. Periodic travel required.

Salary: $300,000–$400,000

What you will do

  • Lead the strategy and execution of base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, and recognition programs across North America and globally.
  • Oversee all regional health & insurance, wellness, leaves, and retirement programs through internal teams and external partners.
  • Shape global reward philosophy and harmonize programs as a key member of hirify.global’s Global Reward Council.
  • Advise senior leaders on complex executive compensation offers and oversee HR due diligence for North America acquisitions.
  • Champion pay equity and transparency initiatives, leveraging advanced analytics including AI-enabled modeling.
  • Drive modern, digital-first communication strategies to increase manager capability and pay literacy across the workforce.

Requirements

  • Progressive Total Rewards, HR, or relevant experience, including leadership roles, preferably in a publicly-traded, global technology company.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement compensation strategies, including executive compensation.
  • Deep understanding of various compensation and benefits programs and market practices, including U.S. and international regulations.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions activities (due diligence, integration, harmonization).
  • Strong business/financial acumen with analytical skills.
  • English: C1+ proficiency required for executive-level communication and global collaboration.
