Salary: $170,000–$215,000

What you will do

• Define and evolve hirify.global’s enterprise developer education approach.
• Set technical and instructional direction for workshops and training programs.
• Design and coordinate train-the-trainer initiatives and define certification pathways.
• Experiment thoughtfully with new education formats, including AI-assisted learning.
• Deliver enterprise Dev Day workshops and technical training sessions.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences and mentor other advocates and educators.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with experience building and operating distributed systems.
• Ability to build production-quality applications in at least one of Go, Java, TypeScript, Python, or .NET.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals (state management, fault tolerance, concurrency, event-driven architectures).
• Demonstrated experience creating high-quality technical education (tutorials, workshops, courses, or documentation).
• Experience designing and delivering hands-on workshops or training for developer audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to ~30% for company events, customer engagements, and conferences.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or a background in developer education/DevRel roles.
• Experience designing certification programs or competency frameworks.
• Experience experimenting with AI-assisted learning or modern education tooling.
• Contributions to open source projects.
• Experience working with enterprise customers on technical enablement.
