What you will do

• Own the entire video production lifecycle for long-form technical content, from topic selection to publishing.
• Create clear and engaging videos that explain how hirify.global works and the rationale behind its design.
• Present technical concepts on-camera, writing demos or examples as needed.
• Help refine and evolve hirify.global's video strategy and voice within the Developer Relations team.
• Represent hirify.global publicly at conferences and in-person events.
• Capture and amplify technical talks, demos, and community interactions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience creating long-form, technically focused video content for developer audiences.
• Ability to independently manage the full video production lifecycle (scripting, recording, editing, post-production).
• Strong understanding of hirify.global's ecosystem and how it simplifies connectivity for developers.
• Comfort learning and explaining technical systems, including writing or adapting demos.
• 1–3+ years experience creating technical, educational, or developer-focused content.
• Hands-on experience with video production tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, frame.io).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Comfortable presenting on camera to a developer audience.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet regular publishing deadlines.
• Willingness to participate in public-facing work and occasional in-person events (up to 20% travel).

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Developer Relations, technical education, or developer marketing.
• Basic familiarity with programming or scripting (Go, JavaScript, Python).
• Experience contributing to a public content portfolio (YouTube, blog, talks).
• Experience with open-source, networking, infrastructure, homelab, self-hosting, or distributed systems.
