Location: Remote within the United States. This role requires significant travel, up to 75% per month, for in-person trainings at customer sites and attendance at trade shows.

What you will do

  • Lead and guide group learning sessions, transferring knowledge and skills to participants.
  • Host 1:1 virtual sessions with shops to help them deliver on their success metrics.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the product and its functionality.
  • Encourage participant engagement and discussion, adapting content delivery to meet needs.
  • Travel up to 75% for in-person trainings for paid customers and trade shows.
  • Build out long-term needs for structure at in-person trainings and trade show sessions.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within a given month to client or employee training locations.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a self-starter attitude.
  • Understanding of basic financial and accounting concepts with a business mindset.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
