What you will do
- Lead and guide group learning sessions, transferring knowledge and skills to participants.
- Host 1:1 virtual sessions with shops to help them deliver on their success metrics.
- Become a subject matter expert on the product and its functionality.
- Encourage participant engagement and discussion, adapting content delivery to meet needs.
- Travel up to 75% for in-person trainings for paid customers and trade shows.
- Build out long-term needs for structure at in-person trainings and trade show sessions.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to travel up to 75% within a given month to client or employee training locations.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a self-starter attitude.
- Understanding of basic financial and accounting concepts with a business mindset.
- Experience using CRM systems.
