TL;DR

Technical Enablement Director: Driving usage and adoption of hirify.global's platform through education and enablement, owning the virtual learning platform and creating comprehensive training strategies. Location: hirify.global embraces a hybrid work model in San Francisco, California, with Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays as in-office anchor days.

What you will do

  • Become a hirify.global product expert, intimately familiar with all product capabilities and customer usage.
  • Own and manage the hirify.global University virtual learning platform, including curriculum, content, and user experience.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive training strategy to enable customer ramp-up and accelerate time-to-value.
  • Build out and operationalize an engaging certification program for customers, partners, and employees.
  • Design and own all end-user training content used by Customer Success Managers and Sales Engineers.
  • Develop programs and training materials for the onboarding and ongoing technical enablement of technical customer-facing teams on topics like logging, monitoring, and cloud.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in CS or Computer Engineering-related field or equivalent experience is mandatory.
  • 5+ years experience in technical training development and delivery.
  • Strong knowledge in the application monitoring field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build rapport with technical and business audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Significant experience working with customers and partners, both remotely and in person.
