What you will do
- Partner with engineering and product teams to produce high-quality training courses for hirify.global’s customer and partner curriculums.
- Evaluate customer training requirements and develop a roadmap with scoped courses and defined learning paths.
- Create courses deliverable as self-paced online programs or instructor-led training.
- Develop supplemental courseware, documentation, workshops, hands-on labs, and webinars.
- Create, maintain, and improve technical systems and environments for hands-on labs (using Instruqt).
- Mentor staff in cloud engineering best practices, instructional design, and technical collaboration.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience building online learning curriculum, hands-on labs, and instructor-led training for cloud engineering and software developer audiences.
- Hands-on experience or specialized knowledge in building learning content for DevOps and software development professionals in the cloud (Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, or service mesh).
- Comfortable with at least one programming language (Python, Java, .NET, Go, or JavaScript).
- Ability to transform complex technical topics into engaging educational materials.
- Interest in improving training operations, learning center design, efficiency, and internal tooling.
