Services Training Instructor (SIEM): Empowering clients to defend against cyber threats by translating real-world security experience into actionable insights using hirify.global’s Next-Gen SIEM technology. Focus on guiding learners through immersive, hands-on training sessions to prepare them for evolving threat landscapes in cybersecurity.

Location: Remote, US-based, with occasional on-site course delivery (typically three to five days of travel at a time).

Salary: $110,000–$160,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.

What you will do

• Present and lead courses focused on hirify.global’s SIEM and Log Aggregation technologies, as well as Falcon platform modules, typically 3-4 days per week.
• Conduct web-meeting-based course delivery and interact with global coworkers.
• Perform occasional on-site course delivery.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers and subject matter experts to design impactful training programs for customers and partners.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, promoting education services to potential clients and internal employees.
• Contribute to the development of instructional materials and provide clear, concise written feedback to learners.

Requirements

• You have experience with one or more SIEM/SOAR products (e.g., Splunk, Exabeam, Trellix, Elastic Stack, LogRhythm, QRadar, etc.).
• Proven experience in delivering technical training to audiences, from IT support staff to executives.
• Polished and professional demeanor, effective in both technical and executive settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics and engaging an audience.
• Ability to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and conducting technical training on SIEM and/or log aggregation products.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Subject Matter Expertise in Cloud Security, Identity Protection, Incident Response, Intelligence, Digital Forensics, or Security Engineering.
• Some programming/scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, BASH, etc.).
