What you will do
- Lead a sales team in developing prospects, coaching, and mentoring to foster skill and career progression.
- Pitch and close deals with prospective clients through phone calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Manage customer relationships for new clients to ensure smooth onboarding and initial trades.
- Provide accurate forecasting of expected sales volume for your team.
- Implement regional sales programs and ensure adherence to company-wide sales methodology and administration processes.
- Be actively involved in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Requirements
- A proven track record of sales management within FX or other cross-border financial services.
- Experience within Financial Services, with an existing network being an advantage.
- First-class communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach, and develop people effectively.
- A skilled negotiator capable of building and leveraging relationships at senior levels within SME customers.
- Fluent English.
