What you will do

  • Manage and strengthen client relationships across a defined portfolio to drive retention and renewal outcomes.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through proactive outbound engagement and timely inbound follow-up.
  • Deeply understand customer needs and requirements to ensure solutions align with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with Solutioning, Product, Delivery, and Data teams to support effective solution design and implementation.
  • Research accounts, map key stakeholders, and proactively build and maintain relationships at multiple levels.
  • Partner with Sales Directors to build pipeline and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Escalate client issues early and appropriately to ensure fast and effective resolution.

Requirements

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills for client and internal collaboration.
  • Sharp time-management and prioritization for various engagements.
  • Strong commercial instincts to spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Meticulous eye for detail across reporting, forecasting, and client communication.
  • Clear, compelling communication and influencing skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with urgency and ownership for client outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach as a contributor to a high-performing team.
  • Early in sales career (0-2 years experience).
