Location: Remote (US). This role may be performed from any US jurisdiction in which hirify.global is registered to do business. While this role is remote-first, employees are required to attend an in-person orientation at headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio, with occasional travel to HQ. Currently unable to sponsor visas.

Salary: $135,000 - $155,000

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of GenAI-driven workflow solutions that automate and augment recruiter and workforce intelligence tasks.
• Define how AI agents interact with hirify.global’s clinician data, job data, and customer context to drive meaningful user outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with hirify.global’s data science team to develop new analytics- and model-driven product offerings.
• Own the productization of analytics outputs, ensuring insights are explainable, actionable, and embedded directly into user workflows.
• Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap for Explore’s data and AI capabilities, aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and data governance teams to ensure responsible and compliant use of healthcare data and AI.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of product management experience, ideally in data-intensive or analytics-driven SaaS products.
• Demonstrated experience working with large-scale datasets (healthcare data strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to work with data science and engineering teams to deliver model- or analytics-backed product features.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and modern analytics or AI architectures.
• Experience translating AI or ML concepts into user-facing products.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and prioritize effectively.
