Enterprise Sales Director (East US): Leading the strategic/enterprise segment for companies with 2,000+ employees across the Eastern US, managing a team of Enterprise AEs, and owning regional strategy and execution. Focus on winning competitive evaluations, expanding key accounts, and delivering predictable growth through effective sales processes and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Remote, must be based in the United States

Salary: $350,000 - $420,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Attract, hire, ramp, and mentor a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs.
  • Own the regional business plan, including territory design, account prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Run a tight operating cadence with weekly forecast and deal inspection.
  • Lead pipeline generation strategy with SDR/Marketing and drive executive prospecting.
  • Build a partner co-sell motion with priority resellers/SIs.
  • Foster an accountable and performance-based culture, coach gaps, and develop future leaders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading enterprise account executives with 12+ years total in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Consistent record of team over-attainment in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS/Cloud GTM and enterprise IT domain fluency is a plus.
  • Mastery of MEDDPICC/Command of the Message/Challenger.
  • Forecast discipline and SFDC rigor.
  • Strong cross-functional influence with SE, Marketing, Channel, Product, and Success.
  • Executive presence and ability to sell to C-level executives.
  • You thrive in a high-growth, evolving environment and enjoy building efficient processes.
