TL;DR

New Business Account Executive (CEE): Proactively managing a wide range of customers early in their journey with hirify.global, focusing on increasing adoption, engagement, and identifying expansion opportunities with an accent on achieving incremental ARR targets and building relationships. Focus on executing account plans for high-propensity accounts, outbound prospecting in white space accounts, and leveraging sales tools like Salesforce.

Location: Based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (3 days in-office).

Salary: €56,500–€63,250 per year.

What you will do

  • Proactively manage a wide range of customers, prioritizing and segmenting accounts for growth.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve incremental ARR targets.
  • Increase adoption and retention of the account base.
  • Build relationships in top accounts and target white space accounts with outbound prospecting.
  • Follow up on inbound opportunities and manage forecasting cadences.
  • Build and own pipeline and overall book of business growth.

Requirements

  • +1 years of closing experience in a high-velocity sales motion.
  • Polish and English language skills are required.
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting and account management.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to articulate value propositions.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
