Location: Must be based in Singapore, with coverage across South Asia.

What you will do

  • Develop new business and deepen existing relationships with Buy-Side clients in South Asia.
  • Engage in the full sales cycle from market analysis and prospecting to account management.
  • Identify client requirements and position FTSE Russell as a strategic partner to maximize product penetration.
  • Collaborate with global teams on sales strategies, product expertise, and client-centric solutions.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in sales/new business development within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the investment management process, ecosystem (Asset owner, buy side, custodian), and asset classes (equity, fixed income, alternatives).
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and solutions-based selling skills.
  • Degree or equivalent education.
  • English: B2 required.
