What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key reseller partners.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of partners' businesses, goals, and motivators.
- Collaborate to develop strategic business plans and achieve sales targets.
- Enable partners with product knowledge, selling best practices, and demand generation tools.
- Drive partner portal utilization and coordinate joint marketing efforts for ROI.
- Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of channel sales experience, consistently exceeding quota.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic mindset, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
