What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key reseller partners.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of partners' businesses, goals, and motivators.
  • Collaborate to develop strategic business plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Enable partners with product knowledge, selling best practices, and demand generation tools.
  • Drive partner portal utilization and coordinate joint marketing efforts for ROI.
  • Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of channel sales experience, consistently exceeding quota.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic mindset, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
