What you will do
- Strategically develop client relationships for a portfolio of 150+ customers in EMEA.
- Retain clients and grow revenue across your book of business through up- and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal partners to achieve sales goals and connect client use cases to solutions.
- Drive product migrations and projects seeking service improvement.
- Log efforts and results to ensure accurate sales & cancel forecasting.
- Build internal networks and a professional Account Manager persona.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is required.
- Prior Sales & Account Management experience or financial knowledge is preferred.
- Relevant work experience in relationship-based roles or a strong sense for account management, sales, or marketing.
- Good understanding of or strong curiosity about the financial services industry.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to spot customer trends, prioritize tasks, and display a growth mindset.
