TL;DR

Account Manager (Fintech): Developing and maintaining deep customer relationships to drive account revenue retention and growth across a portfolio of clients in EMEA, with an accent on strategic client relationship management, sales pipeline development, and cross-sell opportunities. Focus on connecting client use cases to financial solutions, driving product migrations, and ensuring accurate sales forecasting.

Location: Hybrid in Gdynia, Poland (3-day office week). Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Tricity area.

Salary: zł109,500 - zł182,500 annually

What you will do

  • Strategically develop client relationships for a portfolio of 150+ customers in EMEA.
  • Retain clients and grow revenue across your book of business through up- and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to achieve sales goals and connect client use cases to solutions.
  • Drive product migrations and projects seeking service improvement.
  • Log efforts and results to ensure accurate sales & cancel forecasting.
  • Build internal networks and a professional Account Manager persona.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Prior Sales & Account Management experience or financial knowledge is preferred.
  • Relevant work experience in relationship-based roles or a strong sense for account management, sales, or marketing.
  • Good understanding of or strong curiosity about the financial services industry.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to spot customer trends, prioritize tasks, and display a growth mindset.
